Gold Package ($150 per Month)
This package includes:
- A structured running training plan specific to your goals and aims, this includes details on what to do each day of the week.
- Advice on running related topics such as: nutrition, injuries, and race tactics.
- Regular communication via social media, email, and text to answer any questions or queries.
- 1 phone or video call per 4-week period to discuss training and all things running related.
- Free access to the training app ‘Final Surge’ which allows you to post your runs and workouts online. This is also a communication channel for athletes and coaches.
- Access to the Team Homestretch online running community in the Whatsapp Message and Facebook Group.
Silver Package ($120 per Month)
This package includes:
- A structured running training plan specific to your goals and aims, this includes details on what to do each day of the week.
- Advice on running related topics such as: nutrition, injuries, and race tactics.
